"Before gracing the screens, my rise took root in my athletic prowess. I excelled in basketball and swimming during my childhood and middle school years. I made the A teams in basketball and even reached a high level in swimming, just one level away from joining and competing in my senior age group for my swim club. Despite reaching impressive heights in sports, fate intervened, leading me to pivot towards supporting my family. Little did I know that this pivotal detour would ultimately unveil my true calling in storytelling and speaking. My journey is a powerful reminder that life's unexpected challenges can often lead us to our true passion and purpose.
From an early age, my natural flair for performance and artistry was unmistakable - finding joy in creating skits and entertaining videos for my family and friends, showcasing my natural talent for performance. Using my smartphone and many creative apps downloaded from the Google Play Store, I showcased my raw talent as a writer, director, editor, producer, cinematographer, and star of my mini-productions, a testament to my boundless creativity and unwavering dedication to my craft. This early improvisational experience laid the foundation for my future success in the entertainment industry."

Jenezio Harriet-Michael consistently excelled in theatre assignments and projects, often receiving the highest grade in his class. He remembers being the first to score 100% on a project, an achievement acknowledged by his teacher who had never given full marks before. His success in middle school continued into high school where he broke new ground and developed a passion for storytelling. His journey through the realms of academia and thespian arts has been nothing short of remarkable. From the hallowed halls of his middle school, where he consistently outshone his peers, to the grand stage of high school, where he carved his name in history, his talent blazed a trail that few dared to tread.
"Despite my limited theater experience, I made history by becoming the first freshman to join the improv team at my high school. Notably, I auditioned for my first theatrical production, a musical, with no prior experience in theater productions, dance, or choir, and was cast in the lead role over senior priority students. I also auditioned for my first one-act play, landing the lead role. Throughout my high school career, I received numerous awards such as Best Dramatic Performance, Best Breakthrough Performance, and Best Studet-One-Act-Play Actor.
My dedication and hard work were evident as I participated in numerous short films, collaborating with directors in the region as well as with students from colleges and universities. These experiences further polished my abilities and paved the way for my eventual success on screen. My foray into the realm of filmmaking, collaborating with seasoned directors and budding talents, became the crucible that forged my prodigious acting prowess, eventually leading me to sign with my first talent agency. These moments, along with lessons from life learned throughout the years, would ultimately serve as the overture to a grand symphony of success that would see me emerge on the silver screen."

"During my upbringing, I often stood out as "different" from my elders due to the unique actions I took, such as actively participating in family gatherings, offering my own words of advice and encouragement, and even leading church services. Similarly, my peers also deemed me as "different" because I didn't conform to the typical crowd in terms of dress, behavior, speech, or hobbies. Rather than feeling discouraged by these perceptions, I embraced them and used the support and blessings of my elders to my advantage. This, combined with my unique qualities, allowed me to thrive both on and off-screen as an artist and speaker.
As the son of immigrants, I learned early on that I have 'one life' and that 'it should not be taken for granted.' Through various life experiences, I came to realize that I was a 'DOG.' I was different, I was an outsider, and I was a gift. I aim to stand out in my career by being a 'DOG' and drawing on my life experiences to tell compelling stories and be a voice for those who feel unheard and have no voice. My ultimate goal is to give hope to those who feel like they have no hope, love to those who feel like they have no love, be a beacon to those who can't find light, and ultimately be a gift that changes the world - a gift that provokes. These are the core values that I strive to embody through my work and the creation of my Media Production and Entertainment Company, 'Jenezio Harriet-Michael's Gift Production Studios.'"
